4. Now Let This Cool Down. Once Cool, Remove It's Skin. 
5. For The Jaggery Syrup, I have taken 3/4 Cup Of Jaggery. In The Jaggery Add 1 Spoon Of Ghee (Clarified Butter). 
6. Add 1 Tablespoon Of Water And Make The Sweet Syrup.
7. On Medium Flame, Turn This  Jaggery Into A Hard Syrup. Jaggery Has Melt Down And Our Syrup Is Almost Ready. 
8. Add A Little In Water And See If It Is Turning Hard. 
9. If It Turns To A Nice Ball Like This That Means Our Syrup Is Ready.
10. Turn Off The Flame And Add Peanuts To It. 
11. Here I Have Taken Small Plate. I Will Add Some Ghee To It And Grease It. 
12. And I Will Pour The Chikki Mixture In It. 
13. Spread It To Make A Thick Layer. Keep This Aside To Cool Down. 
14. Chikki Mixture Has Now Cool Down. Now Let's Cut This Into The Pieces. 
15. It Takes A Little Strength To Cut As It Is Hard. But Slowly Cut It. It Is Not Like You Will Make This Chikki Perfect At The First Try.
